Finally! Just spoke to a friend that works there and they told me the ride is really great (they kind of laughed at me too). I may have to head on down there tomorrow and throughout the weekend. Guess the banner didn't matter.

One of the riders coming off told me how great it was, so I joked with him if they have a new banner that's going to last longer than 4 days, he didn't even know there was a banner heh

Can't wait to go and ride it. I just got off the phone with a friend who's a TM and was able to ride it today, all he kept saying was "Epic, just Epic...Amazingly Epic."

Well its 9:50 which means the TM preview is over or finishing up. Did anyone get pictures or videos? What does the song screen look like? Are the seats comfortable? Whats the best part of the ride?

Pictures would be amazing right about now. biggrin.gif

Anyways, I know I'm just a noob here, but I've been following this thread since post 1. I have to say, every person on this board deserves a nice long ride on Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit courtesy of Universal for the patience that you've all had. I guess I'm sort of feeble to say this, but you guys all rock! So get your engines started and your passes ready to ride the Rockit! ^O^

[Unless, of course, there are technical problems. xP (No, I really hope that doesn't happen. 0-0)]

Just a few questions tongue.gif. Did you get any pictures? Are the seats comfortable? Whats the music selection screen like? Did they tell you anything about the soft openings these next 4 weeks? What is the queue like? How is the loading process? How was the line flow?

Oh yeah, congrats on being so lucky.

Also, how does the music selection work? Does it play separate music play for each rider?

Yes, it does. I haven't been on, but I know this from hearing more than one song playing as a train passed by.

As much as I'd like to answer everyone's questions because I'm sure you guys are all very excited to see the ride finally getting close to opening, I'd like to keep my job. I don't know what type of information I'm allowed to give out other than telling you the ride is awesome! As some of you may know from reading my profile and for others that haven't, I'm going to school specifically for Theme Park and Attraction Mng. and this job is my future. Just too big of a risk, I'd rather stay safe. Hope you understand where I'm coming from.

I will tell you this ride is better than it looks and def ride it at night! For those of you that have continuously talked down on this ride for the past few months saying "It looks plain.. nothing special," just give it a chance you'll see.
